Spot Africa Media collects the account, payment reference, and viewing information needed to provide the streaming service, protect paid content, and support your account.

Payment PINs are handled by Safaricom and are never visible to Spot Africa. Video delivery is handled by our streaming provider using short-lived playback access.

You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting Spot Africa Media. Transaction records may be retained where required by Kenyan law.
